Camden is unique among manufacturers in the industry with a range of policies that make purchasing easier, and we go the 'extra mile' to take care of our customers in the unlikely event that our products do not meet their expectation. From 'no order minimum quantity' to 'no hassle' returns, Camden puts our customers first.
Due to a sudden and dramatic increase in shipping costs that we are incurring, Camden Door is forced to immediately revise our freight shipping policy. This includes additional charges for freight sent under Camden's account, as well as free shipping.
All goods are shipped F.O.B. factory. Deliveries are mode via UPS or Fed Ex ground service, unless otherwise specified by customer. Customer must make any claims for damage in transit or missing boxes directly with the Transport Company. Claims for packaging and/or ordering errors should be made directly to Camden within ten days of receipt of merchandise.
Shipping surcharges will be applied to shipments to residential addresses or where the receiving address requires a truck with a liftgate.
Camden Door Controls will provide free shipping on orders of $3,500.00 net or more, when using Camden Door Controls standard 'ground' shipping account.
Free shipping is not available where the receiving address is a residential premises or where the address requires a truck with a liftgate.
Customer Shipping Accounts:
Camden Door Controls does not insure shipments via customer freight account. Should items be damaged or lost in transit, the customer must make a claim directly to their freight carrier or insurance company. Camden Door Controls is not responsible for any loss or damage.
Camden Door Controls will pay customs and brokerage fees for shipments sent under our freight account. For shipments using a customer freight account, these charges will be billed to the customer by their freight carrier directly and Camden Door Controls assumes no liability for these costs whatsoever.
Returned products must be shipped freight prepaid, and will be returned freight prepaid. Please note any shipment sent to Camden freight collect, will be refused. All returns must be accompanied by a returned goods authorization number (RGA), to be issued by Camden customer service.

$50.00 minimum order. If a customer purchase order is received below the minimum, Camden customer service will contact the customer for direction for how to proceed.
