We've Added 'Lockdown' Mode to Our CX-33 Door Controller
|
|
|
We've enhanced our popular
CX-33 advanced logic door controller with the addition of a "Lockdown" operating mode. This new feature will enable a designated (N/O) momentary emergency lock down switch, or switches, to disable automatic door activation switches while also locking electric strikes or magnetic locks to prevent entry to a building, area, or room under 'intruder' conditions.

The CX-33 is designed for 'universal' operation in virtually any automatic door application. It's small enough to fit inside most door operator cases, provides a large three segment LED and simple push buttons for the easiest programming, and supports illuminated signage in restroom applications. CX-33 is pre-programmed for interconnection with access control, fire alarm and telephone entry systems.

New 'Universal' Grade Strikes Replacing 10 Series Grade 1 Electric Strikes

Our new CX-ED1079L (low profile, for 5/8" latch projection) and CX-ED1079DL (standard depth, for 3/4" latch projection) 'Universal' grade 1 ANSI strikes offer 'universal' performance with selectable 12/24V AC/DC and fail safe/fail secure operation, and have horizontal faceplate/body adjustment. Both models have latch monitoring and come with 3 stainless steel faceplates. We have discontinued our '10 Series' Grade 1 electric strikes. These include the CX-ED1000, CX-ED1010, CX-ED1020, CX-ED1030, and CX-ED1040 models. The new CX-ED1079L and CX-ED1079DL strikes are backed by a full 5 year warranty and are now in stock and ready for distributor orders. |

We also are the first to deliver universal operating with up to 14 programmable modes and sub-modes, so you only need to stock one controller to do virtually any door installation project.
Our CX-12 switching network is ideal for controlling automatic doors and electric locking devices. This relay provides a telephone entry system interface and supports bi-directional door sequencing. The CX-EMF-2 multi-function relay is suited for vestibules, one or two door restrooms, ATMs, two-five door air locks and security man traps. The CX-33 advanced logic relay, designed for 'universal' operation in most all door control projects, has 14 operating modes with sub-modes. Our CX-24/7 is a seven day timer for daily or weekly scheduled control of low voltage systems or devices.

New Emergency Call Systems

We're pleased to introduce new emergency call system kits and components that support the use of momentary 'press for emergency assistance' activation devices, including ribbon tape switches. The use of momentary switches also require a
reset device to deactivate the alarm.
Camden is providing the option for a CM-8000/13 reset push button or CM-1100/14 reset key switch. The new models are the CX-WEC12 Emergency Call System Kit for universal restrooms with push button reset, and the CX-WEC13 Emergency Call System Kit for universal restrooms with key switch reset, cylinder included.

New OBC Compliant Push Plate Switch!
|
Our new CM-35N Ontario Building Code (OBC) compliant push plate switches for mounting on narrow 1-3/4" width frames and boxes have a 4-1/2" tall x 2" wide faceplates. The CM-35N was developed specifically for the Ontario automatic door market and features the small mounting footprint of Camden's CM-25 and the OBC compliant faceplate of its CM-35 single gang series. CM-35 push plate switches are available with a range of graphic options.
